This course deals with the mathematical principles of control and learning in the sensorimotor systems of the brain.
Prerequisites:
A course on vector calculus such as MAT235Y1 or MAT237Y1 and a course on differential equations such as MAT 244H1 or APM346H1.
Evaluation:
There will be no tests or exams. Course marks will be based on 3 take-home assignments, worth 20%, 32%, and 28%, and one oral presentation of a research paper, worth 20%.
