Please use this form to register for the Holiday Lunch, scheduled for December 14, 12-2:30pm at the Great Hall (Hart House, 7 Hart House Circle).

Guests are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. If you wish to reserve a table for your lab or group, please arrive 15 minutes early. A registration form must be submitted for each guest (no group registrations).
