The Department of Physiology is one of the Basic Science Departments within the Faculty of Medicine. It is amongst the largest Physiology Departments in North America. The Department is committed to excellence in both research and education. There are currently 106 faculty members (36 Primary, 71 Cross-Appointed) as well as 17 Emeritus, and 5 Adjunct. We have an outstanding complement of committed and successful faculty, who together create a tremendous environment for collaboration and scholarship.
