Beverley Orser appointed Officer of the Order of Canada

Please join us in congratulating Department of Physiology faculty member, Dr. Beverley Orser, for her appointment as an Officer of the Order of Canada. 

Dr. Orser received the honour for her contributions to advancing understanding of anesthesia and its effects on the brain. Read more about the appointment and Orser's work at the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine where she currently serves as Department Chair.
