Assistant Professor

Andrew Dimitrijevic PhD

Research Interests

My research uses electroencephalography (EEG) to study cognition and sensory processing associated with hearing loss and aging. Our projects mostly focus on speech perception in human adults who have had their hearing restored using cochlear implants.
Associate Professor

Acute lung injury

Clinical Interests

Critical Illness and Injury

Research Interests

Investigating how epigenetic factors influence neuronal function.

Research Interests

Synapse formation, synaptic physiology, voltage-dependent calcium channels, ion channels, calcium binding protein, rhythm generation and regulation, neurodevelopmental and neurogenerative disorders.
Associate Professor

Associate Professor

Paul Frankland PhD

Research Interests

Mouse genetic models of cognitive function and dysfunction.

Research Interests

Scholarship of teaching and learning

Research Interests

Research interests are in the assessment of ventricular function in children with acquired and congenital heart disease and in the use of new echocardiography technologies, including strain and strain rate. Right ventricular response and right and left ventricular interactions in experimental models of right ventricular pressure and volume loading.
